Set up

Start by creating a form if you don't already have one.

You can then get the embed code for a created form by doing the following:

1. Go to the Publish tab in the Form Builder.

2. Select the Embed option.

3. Click the Copy Code button.

Installing the code

In The.com editor, go to the page where you want the form to be added.

1. Create a new Div to be the wrapper for the form content.

2. Nest a Raw HTML element inside that Div.

3. Paste the code into the Raw HTML's Text Cell.
