Intro
When writing text, you may want to style a few words within a paragraph to bring attention to them. Within the Blog Element, you can emphasize words by using the HTML <strong>
and <em>
tags.
The Blog Element supports inline HTML tags, so you can write <span>
, <strong>
, <em>
, and <a>
tags within it.
The Blog Post Element is rendered as the <article>
HTML Tag.
Using the Blog Element
You can expand the Element's text cell by pressing CMD/CTRL + Enter.
Styling text with HTML Tags
Some HTML tags like <strong>
, <em>
, <br>
, or <a>
have default styles associated with them. You can write these within the Blog Post Element to see how they change the text. Remember to close your HTML tags!

Inline Styles with <span>
You can also write inline CSS rules on elements. For this, you can use the <span>
tag and the style
attribute. Remember to separate your CSS rules with :
and ;
!
