How can I optimize my site for speed?

Since The.com sites are statically deployed and live on serverless architecture, they are extremely quick to load compared to our competitors. 

The main issues we've seen that slow sites down are images and external JavaScript.

Here are some tips to keep your site's loading speeds quick.

• Optimize image's size. If you know an image will never render above a certain size, try resizing the image before uploading it.
• Compress your image files. If you forget to do this before you upload them to the editor, we have a .jpeg compressor tool build into the Media row in the Worksheet.
• Use video formats over .gifs.
• Reduce 3rd party or external JavaScript files.
